Flashback Friday #12: CTMH Birthday Cards

Vintage CTMH Birthday Cards

Birthday cards 1a.JPG

Welcome to Flashback Friday! Today I have some vintage Close To My Heart (CTMH) birthday cards. The papers and stamps for these cards are approximately circa, 2004. These were some of the first cards that I ever created with stamping!

The color palettes for these cards were: Goldrush, Cranberry, Dutch Blue (retired), and Olive.

This birthday card was made with patterned Goldrush paper, the “Hip Hip Hooray” stamp set and the “Let Them Eat Cake” stamp set. The 3 Dutch Blue buttons were a really nice addition to our embellishment options at the time!

This invitation card was made with a White Daisy cardstock base and Cranberry cardstock. The stamp sets were “It’s a Party” and “Let Them Eat Cake.” The hemp string and beads were also from Close To My Heart, but are now retired.

Thanks for joining me for Flashback Friday!

I’ll see you in the craft room,
