CTMH September Stamp of the Month “Forever” Card

Forever Card with the CTMH September Stamp of the Month

CTMH September Stamp of the Month Family is Forever

Since it is cooling down outside in some parts of the country (not here in Southern California just yet!), I had the urge to make a fall card. This 4.25″ x 5.5″ card was made with a White Daisy cardstock base, papers from the Pathfinding collection, and the CTMH September Stamp of the Month “Family is Forever.”

I began by stamping a portion of the leaves from the large tree stamp. I inked them up with Olive ink and stamped them on both sides of the card… there was no need to stamp in the middle as I knew that I would be covering that with paper.

I added some beautiful patterned papers from the Pathfinding collection to the center portion of the card and a strip of Goldrush cardstock along the bottom portion. I angled 2 pieces of Gold Shimmer Trim and attached to the top and bottom of the Goldrush strip, as shown.

I stamped the sentiment “Forever” in Chocolate ink and the green heart with Olive ink. The sentiment was glued directly onto the card, but the heart was popped off of the page with a piece of foam tape for some added dimension. Voila… the colors of fall!

If you live somewhere with brisk fall days and the beautiful changing colors of the leaves, enjoy your fall season!

I’ll see you in the craft room,
